Measuring Success
The SLP is managed by a multi agency steering group. The Stakeholders are drawn from
the statutory, voluntary business and community sectors of the town. The current
Chair of the SLP is Brian McFarland – General Manager – The Mall Shopping Centre
– Luton. Success is measured by ensuring that:-
- All projects have financial management, project management and staff management structures
in place
- All projects funded through the organisation are be measured against the grant conditions
but also against and established model for measuring input, outputs and impact of
each project.
- All projects undergo yearly internal or external evaluation
- All projects are be reported on in the Annual Report
