On Track badminton tournament a success

Luton On Track today held a community badminton tournament designed to develop its new parenting group which is aimed specifically at fathers. This work has concentrated on engaging with fathers through the creation of a badminton club, and although the men initially come to take part in this activity they also benefit from the many other services offered, including improving English language skills, interview skills and health and hygiene.

The badminton club has proved a tremendous success, and at the tournament there were in excess of 30 teams entered.
